The Sente Group Names Industry-Veteran Jim McNamara New COO

Dennis Fuller promoted to VP of Product Development

Atlanta, GA — The Sente Group, the only company concentrating solely on Test Resource Management solutions for the Aerospace and Defence industry, named industry-veteran Jim McNamara its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and promoted Dennis Fuller to the role of Vice President of Product Development.

With growing demands for capital cost reductions and increased quality and delivery demands, Sente’s new staff enhancements add depth to the company’s leadership position in test resource management software tools and services.

“Our proven record of producing over 50% reduction in capital costs is currently in high demand. We’ve expanded our capabilities beyond just managing portable equipment like meters and scopes. We’re focusing on offering customers a fully-integrated approach that includes all asset categories that suffer under low utilization: large fixed test equipment, like wind tunnels, ATE and Software,” said Paul McNamara, Founder and CEO.

Jim McNamara
In the newly created role of COO, industry-veteran Jim will be responsible for driving operational results and cost savings initiatives for Sente’s customers while scaling its solutions and platforms. His organization is responsible for developing Sente’s industry-leading TRM application suite, on-site customer operations, client services, implementation services and corporate operations.

Jim will benefit Sente customers with his more than 20 years of experience managing technology and operations teams in the professional services, software, consulting, and financial services industries. Prior to joining The Sente Group, he was the Vice President of Technology Planning at IDC where he led IDC’s worldwide web channel operations and technology development efforts. During his tenure at IDC, he also held an overseas executive position. In this role, he established IDC’s first pan-EMEA IT organization and aligned the geographically dispersed technology operations, the corporate IT strategy and IDC’s business mission.

Jim earned an M.B.A. with distinction from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University and a B.A. in Literature from Stonehill College.

Dennis Fuller
As VP of Product Management, Dennis will be responsible for the strategic planning, development and deployment of Sente’s processes and software tools. He will lead a product development organization that is expected to accelerate time-to-market for Sente’s new software modules and enable the acceleration of cost-savings for Sente’s customers.

With more than 25 years of experience leading technology-driven projects, many of those in the test equipment industry, Dennis will be able to leverage this knowledge in his new assignment. Immediately preceding this assignment Dennis was VP of Operations for Sente and prior to that Director of Implementation Services. He has been with Sente for seven years. Prior to joining The Sente Group, he was Distribution Manager at ElectroRent Corporation and Regional Operations Director at GE Capital Technology Management Services. During multiple acquisition events at these companies he led the successful integration of geographically widespread teams and disparate processes. Using his background in process improvement he regularly identified opportunities for and oversaw the application of technology to improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of business processes.

Dennis earned a BA with Honors in Political Science from Bethel University. Since 2004, he has pursued ongoing studies in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation through The Aji Network, a privately held educational institution based in Santa Clara, California.
